1. Our Commitment to Privacy
At Afterwork Consulting, we understand that psychological data is highly sensitive. We are fully committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of our clients' data, whether corporate, educational institutions, or individuals. We comply with the Indonesian Code of Ethics for Psychology, HIMPSI standards, and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022.
2. Data Collection
We collect personal data and assessment responses solely for the purpose of psychological profiling, candidate evaluation, HR development, career counseling, and providing relevant recommendations. Data collected includes:
- Name, email address, company/institution name (for corporate & academic clients).
- Responses to assessment questions (forced-choice, Likert scale, etc.) from both public Mini Assessments and formal paid assessments.
- Basic demographic information (age range, education level, job role) if voluntarily provided.
For public assessments (free Mini Assessments), we do not collect personal data unless you voluntarily fill out a form to receive full results or schedule a consultation.
3. Encryption & Multi-Layer Security
All psychological test results and analytical reports are encrypted (end-to-end encryption) during both transmission (TLS 1.3) and storage (AES-256). Data access is strictly limited to the responsible psychologist who has signed an internal confidentiality agreement, as well as authorized representatives of the client company who have signed an NDA. No third party can access raw assessment data.
4. No Third-Party Data Sales
We firmly state that we will never sell, rent, or distribute assessment data, client identities, behavioral patterns, or psychological reports to data aggregators, advertisers, recruitment platforms, or any other third parties under any circumstances, unless required by applicable law.
5. Right to Access, Correct, and Delete Data
Every client (individual) or authorized representative of an institutional client has the right to:
- Request a copy of stored personal data and assessment results.
- Request corrections if any inaccuracies are found.
- Request complete deletion of all data (right to be forgotten) after the retention period ends or the service contract expires, provided there is no legal obligation to retain the data.
Standard data retention period is 2 years after the last assessment for active clients, or 1 year after contract termination for institutional clients. After this period, data will be anonymized or deleted.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses technical cookies necessary for running assessments (saving temporary answer progress). We do not use advertising tracking cookies or privacy-invasive third-party analytics. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but some assessment features may not function optimally.
