Results from online tests (including Mini Assessments) are indicative and do not constitute a final diagnosis. In-depth interpretation for recruitment, career development, or clinical intervention must be conducted through a consultation session with a licensed Afterwork Consulting psychologist.

By accessing and using the assessment platform and consulting services of Afterwork Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us"), you (whether as a corporation, educational institution, or individual) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all or any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Limitations of Digital Assessment Services

Interactive assessments (such as DISC-based Mini Assessments) publicly available on our website are intended as educational and self-exploration tools. The automated reports generated by the system are not designed to replace a comprehensive professional psychological evaluation, whether for corporate purposes (recruitment, promotion) or academic/individual needs (talent mapping, career counseling). Strategic HR decisions, student admissions, or career changes should always be supported by interviews and direct interpretation from our psychologists.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All measurement instruments, calibration methodologies, articles, test result graphics, software, and educational content within this service are the intellectual property of Afterwork Consulting. Duplication, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercialization without written permission will be subject to legal action under applicable law.

4. User Obligations

For Corporate & Institutional Clients: The company or educational institution is fully responsible for obtaining informed consent from employees or students before any assessment is conducted. You warrant that you hold the legal authority to request that said individuals undergo a psychological evaluation for professional or academic purposes.

For Individuals: You declare that the data you provide is accurate and that you are participating in the assessment for legitimate self-exploration purposes. Afterwork Consulting shall not be held liable for decisions made solely based on self-assessment results without further professional confirmation.

5. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time to align with changes in Indonesian psychological ethics regulations, the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), and our business practices. Changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
